Certifiably Clean provides these terms to explain how we use SMS text messaging. Please read these SMS/MMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) carefully.
Program description: When opted-in, Certifiably Clean will send you text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. Messages may include response to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, feedback requests, service updates, interview scheduling and reminders, marketing messages and offers, and general follow up.
Program frequency: The volume and frequency of messages you can expect to receive will vary based on your service and interaction with us.
Participant Requirements: (1) have a mobile / wireless / cellular device of your own capable of 2-way messaging, (2) use a participating wireless (cellular) carrier, (3) be a wireless (cellular) service subscriber with text messaging service. Not all wireless (cellular) phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions. By signing up to receive text messages from Certifiably Clean, you acknowledge and agree that you are: (1) 18 years of age or older, (2) authorized to enroll the mobile phone number in the Certifiably Clean text messages program, and (3) authorized to incur any mobile message or data charges incurred as a result of your participation. Opting in for Certifiably Clean text messages, affirms that you satisfy the criteria outlined above.
Opt-In: By completing the opt in, you expressly consent to receive marketing and non-marketing text messages from Certifiably Clean, including automated text messages, at the mobile number you provide. These messages can be recurring or one-time. Opting in to receive marketing and non-marketing text messages is not required to purchase any products or services from Certifiably Clean. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree you have ownership rights or permission to use the number given to Certifiably Clean.
Will my phone number be shared? No, phone numbers (personal information) collected for SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Opt out: You may opt out the program at any time. To opt out of future messages, text STOP or Unsubscribe to the program phone number or reply STOP or Unsubscribe to any text message. You can also opt out by contacting us via e-mail at contact@certifiablyclean.com or, or call (610) 627-5210. You request to be opted out, you will receive an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
Help: To receive help at any time, text HELP to the program phone number, or reply HELP to any text message. Or, you can get help directly from us at contact@certifiablyclean.com.
Costs: You will be charged the standard text messaging fee by your wireless (cellular) carrier for each message you send or receive, in accordance with your cellular subscription agreement. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your cellular subscription agreement. You are responsible for all applicable costs and taxes. Consult your wireless (cellular) service provider regarding their pricing plans.
Interruption: Mobile carriers, such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and the like are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
