If we need to adjust your cleaning date or time, we’ll give you ample notice and work with you to find something that works within your schedule.
If you rate your cleaning below a top score, we will reach out to understand how we can improve next time. In addition to our post-clean survey, we’ll touch-base once a quarter via phone just to check-in and make sure you are continually experiencing a delightful service.
If something is wrong, tell us. We’ll accept the feedback without defensiveness and work hard to make it right.

Professional Cleaning Processes & Procedures
Professional house cleaning is hard work that requires specialized knowledge, skills, and processes to ensure effective, safe, and consistent cleaning.
Our Checklists Ensure Consistent Quality
We offer three service levels for recurring cleaning, and dedicated deep cleaning. Each has a standardized checklist of items to be cleaned. Each surface, fixture, and item has a procedure for how to clean it in our training manual. And, every home and room has a consistent process for how to move around to ensure nothing is missed, and we maintain consistent quality.
We study the best cleaning procedures and processes, test new approaches on our own home, and invest in advanced, 3rd party training programs for all cleaning technicians.
Our goal is to deliver a consistent clean just the way you like it. That starts and ends with our cleaning checklists, processes, and procedures.
Only Fresh Cleaning Tools Enter Your Home
Many cleaning companies still reuse cleaning cloths, mop heads, and even toilet brushes from house to house. This is outright disgusting to us. The goal is to clean and sanitize, not have your cleaner add contaminants.
We only bring fresh, laundered supplies into your home. We never reuse supplies from one house to the next. We have color-coded cleaning cloths and mops to avoid cross-contamination in your home. And, we sanitize mop handles, frames, and the undercarriage of our vacuum between homes.
Professional, Non-Toxic Cleaning Products
A lot of house cleaners use grocery store cleaning chemicals and tools. Products that contain harsh chemicals that linger on surfaces and in the air long after the cleaning is done.
Our core cleaning products are EcoLogo Green Certified, professional concentrates that we dilute to the appropriate formulation. We always match the right cleaner to the surface it’s used on. And, we start with the minimum effective dose of cleaner to get the job done.
Our vacuums are professional-grade, multi-stage, HEPA filtered workhorses. They thoroughly clean your floors AND improve your home’s indoor air quality by removing harmful dust and allergens and trapping them so they aren’t reintroduced into your house (like most vacuums).
Your Preferences Baked Into Every Visit
Every family and home is unique. And, we believe you shouldn’t have to settle for a cookie-cutter cleaning service. Here’s how we tailor everything based on your preferences.
Custom Home Profile & Room Notes
We have a comprehensive new client intake that captures details about your home, rooms, preferences, pet peeves, and cleaning hot spots.
This is where we store info such as how we will access your home, instructions for operating around your pets and their names, where your outside trash receptacle is, how you prefer your beds made, the natural color of the grout in each room, do you require shoe covers, remote work accommodations, do-not-touch items, and much more.
This level of detail is broken down into note blocks for your home overall, and for each room so our techs don’t miss important details.
Cleaning Time & Team Preferences
We keep track of your preferred cleaning day, time, and team. And, do everything we can to consistently honor it.
We can’t guarantee this 100% because cleaning techs have days off, get promoted, leave the company at times, and we always try to accommodate the changing needs of our clients.
To manage this, our system puts alerts in front of our scheduler any time we deviate from your preferred time and team and they look for ways to maintain consistency. And, rest assured our hiring, training, and processes ensure that your quality of service will not be affected by staff changes.
Your Feedback Improves Quality Every Visit
We request feedback after every cleaning. That feedback gets added to the job notes and we use it to make each subsequent cleaning a little better. The longer you stay with us, the better, more tailored your service gets.
It also offers you a drama-free environment to tell us where we may have missed the mark so we can make it right next time.
