We have a comprehensive new client intake, that seeks out your preferences, pet peeves, and cleaning hot spots.
We keep track of your preferred cleaning day, time, and team. And, do everything we can to consistently honor it.
We maintain a detailed, constantly updated profile of your home with room-specific notes.
We request feedback after every clean, and use that to improve the service over time. The longer you stay with us, the better, and more tailored your service gets.

Proactive Communication & Flexibility

We maintain a tight 1-hour arrival window.
You’ll receive multiple messages leading up to your cleaning day reminding you of your cleaning time, who your cleaning team is, and giving you the opportunity to modify your upcoming service.
If something comes up, and you need to reschedule or adjust your regular cleaning day or time, no problem just let us know. We’ll give you options that work, without any penalty or fees.
You are welcome to add on additional service at any time or change your service – and you can do it right from your client dashboard.
Your cleaning team does a final inspection and leaves our completed service checklist after the cleaning with any note-worthy comments.

General liability insurance – covers accidents and bodily injury.
Care, custody, control coverage – additive coverage for property damage/harm (including pets).

Cleaning Processes, Procedures & Products

Every cleaner has been trained and certified on the chemistry of cleaning, the different surfaces being cleaned, and the specific cleaning tools and chemicals they will be using. 

We use green, safe-for-all cleaning products. And, our cleaners always start with the least abrasive, least aggressive tool or chemical to get the job done and carefully escalate only as needed. 

We pay attention to the details, like covering our vacuum heads with a cushioned bumper and never pulling the cord around corners to avoid scuffing and damaging your woodwork. We have a xx-page process & procedure manual filled with detailed cleaning procedures just like that.

No Punitive or Hidden Fees

Every cleaning company wants to penalize you for life happening.

All we ask is that you treat our service with respect. Over-communicate. And, give us adequate notice of any changes you need (ideally 48 hours).
