EARNING POTENTIAL

Generous, Win-Win Pay Model

When it comes to employee pay, our philosophy is:

Here’s what that means to you. ➞

Guaranteed Minimum Hourly Rate

All Cleaning Technicians earn a guaranteed minimum hourly rate. Right now, that is $15 per hour minimum. This number increases based on our career ladder.

Performance Pay & Bonuses

With Performance Pay, you earn a predefined amount for each cleaning appointment based on the expected time to clean the home. For that time, you earn higher hourly rate to clean. Right now that range is $19.50-$22.00 based on your career ladder position, and other factors.

Example: if the job has 4 allowed hours at $19.50 per hour you earn $78 for that job. Now, if you are highly productive and clean in 3.5 hours (with great quality), you still earn $78! But your effective hourly rate would be $22.28 for that job.

With Quality Incentive Pay & Bonus Pay you earn even more when you maintain high client quality scores and get positive reviews from clients.

We believe this is the best pay model because:

– You get paid more for cleaning vs. your guaranteed minimum.

– You get paid more for exceptional quality & client reviews.

– You effectively earn more per hour the more productive you become (while maintaining great quality).

We’ll go into this concept in more depth when you apply. The core idea is, you earn more based on your productivity and quality. Win-Win-Win.

Client Tips

You earn tips for a job well done. We help you get more tips by emphasizing quality and training you to deliver consistently exceptional service each visit. Plus, after every job, clients are sent an automated message asking them to rate the service and offering an opportunity to leave a tip.

Mileage Reimbursement

We reimburse your mileage between jobs. The current rate is 50 cents per mile.

A HARD JOB WORTH DOING

The Grind is Real, It Requires Grit

Professional cleaning is hard work.

This job requires scrubbing toilets, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, wiping countertops, furniture, blinds, woodwork, windows (and more), polishing fixtures, dusting, tidying, staging, and extreme care and attention to detail at all times.

Every day. For 4-8 hours.

It is a job worth doing. And, one that brings comfort, happiness, and peace to clients we serve. You will be appreciated. You will be rewarded. And, we hope, you will feel fulfillment in how you’ve positively impacted the lives of clients.

It is not for the faint of heart. Being a professional house cleaner is not a good fit for everyone. And, that’s okay. It’s in your best interest (and ours) to be real with yourself.
