We offer a guaranteed minimum of $18 per hour after training, and you can earn much more with our performance pay and client tips. You get 11 paid days off, with an opportunity to earn up to 12 more days.

Guaranteed Minimum
Hourly Rate
All Cleaning Technicians earn a guaranteed minimum hourly rate. Right now, that is $18 per hour minimum (including drive time) after training. This number increases based on our career ladder.
Performance Pay (Job Share)
With Job Share, you earn a percentage of every job. Right now that range is 35-38% based on your career ladder position, and other factors.
Example: if the average job is $250, and your Job Share is 35%, you would earn $87.50 for that job. Now, if the job takes 4 hours to complete, your effective hourly rate would be $21.87 for that job.
We believe this is the best pay model because:
– You get paid more for cleaning vs. your guaranteed minimum.
– The more productive you are (without hurting quality measures), the higher your effective hourly rate.
– When we raise prices for jobs, we both share in the increase. It’s like you’re getting a raise!
We’ll go into this concept in more depth if you apply. The core idea is, you earn more based on your performance and company growth. Win-Win.
Client Tips
You earn tips for a job well done. We help you get more tips by emphasizing quality and training you to deliver consistently exceptional service each visit. Plus, after every job, clients are sent an automated message asking them to rate the service and offering an opportunity to leave a tip.
Mileage Reimbursement
We reimburse your mileage between jobs. The current rate is 50 cents per mile.

Professional cleaning is hard work.
This job requires scrubbing toilets, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, wiping countertops, furniture, blinds, woodwork, windows (and more), polishing fixtures, dusting, tidying, staging, and extreme care and attention to detail at all times.
Every day. For 4-8 hours.
