We guarantee your home will be consistently cleaned to your liking, no matter what. If we miss something or don’t quite get an area cleaned to your satisfaction, simply let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we’ll come back and make it right in 2 days or less – guaranteed.
After you allow us to come back to remedy your cleaning, if you are still dissatisfied, you don’t have to pay for the service. Now, we know you aren’t naive.
You’ve seen some form of guarantee like this from legitimate cleaning services. What you may or may not know is many look for any excuse not to honor the guarantee. We take it up a notch.
Why our guarantee
is truly Drama-Free.
No defensiveness, haggling or blame-shifting, ever. When you let us know of any issue, we will accept it without defensiveness. We will not haggle with you, shift blame, or otherwise give you the runaround. You’re trusting us with your home, and we accept the extreme ownership and accountability that comes with that.
If you’re truly unhappy, you don’t pay, period. In fact, we don’t process your payment until 26 hours after the cleaning. This gives you a full day to notify us of an issue. And, we don’t charge you until you’re satisfied. No chasing us down for a refund. There’s zero risk and never any drama.

We are people. We’re not perfect.
We purposely don’t use the word “perfect.” That’s an unachievable expectation and we don’t want to over-promise and under-deliver. Things will happen, especially over a long relationship.
That said, we actively seek feedback (we send you a scorecard survey after ever cleaning). We don’t hide from it.
We want you to feel comfortable letting us know when we miss the mark. All we ask is that you give us grace by accepting that we are human and that a slip-up may occur on the rare occasion, and trust that we will do right by you by solving any issue that comes up, promptly.
